InRent

Finding a place to live near campus is stressful for students in Botswana. Listings are scattered, landlords are hard to verify, and rental scams are common.

InRent is a student housing marketplace that connects students with verified landlords near the University of Botswana, Botho, BIUST, Limkokwing, and other institutions. Students search by budget, area, and amenities, message landlords, book viewings, apply, and document their rental agreement, all in one app. Every landlord is checked with ID and proof of ownership.

Browsing is free. Students pay a small one-time placement fee only when they move in, and landlords list for free and pay only on rent handled through InRent. Add-ons like InRent Moves and Spane help students move in and keep their homes running.
